What will your role look like

  • Lead to oversee and drive our recruitment efforts. 
  • Partner with business leaders and HR to attract, engage, and hire top talent aligned with our company’s goals and culture. 
  • Lead a team of recruiters and be responsible for developing innovative sourcing strategies, optimizing recruitment processes, and delivering a best-in-class candidate experience.
  • Develop and execute the talent acquisition strategy aligned with company goals.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing recruiting team.
  • Partner with hiring managers and HRBPs to understand workforce needs and build effective hiring plans.
  • Design and implement efficient, inclusive, and scalable recruitment processes.
  • Utilize data and metrics to drive decisions and continuously improve performance.
  • Oversee employer branding initiatives to attract high-quality candidates.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
  • Manage recruitment technology (ATS, sourcing tools) and ensure optimal use.
  • Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory employment standards.
  • Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) in all hiring practices.

We would like you to bring along

  • Experience (7+ years) in Talent Acquisition, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of full-cycle recruiting and sourcing techniques.
  • Experience in high-growth environments or fast-paced industries is a plus.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to track KPIs and optimize for success.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strategic thinker with hands-on execution ability.
