What will your role look like

  • Lead the design and architecture of ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITBM, HRSD, GRC, and other modules.
  • Develop scalable, flexible, and sustainable ServiceNow architectures that align with business objectives.
  • Design ServiceNow solutions that integrate seamlessly with existing enterprise systems. Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams, ensuring best practices in implementation, coding, and configuration.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze needs, and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Conduct technical workshops and training sessions for teams and stakeholders. Implementation & Integration
  • Oversee the end-to-end implementation of ServiceNow solutions, including custom applications and integrations.
  • Ensure the successful integration of ServiceNow with other enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, CRM, third-party applications).
  • Manage and resolve complex technical issues during the implementation phase. Governance & Best Practices
  • Establish and enforce governance around ServiceNow platform usage, ensuring compliance with standards and best practices.
  • Develop and maintain architectural documentation, ensuring solutions are well-documented and aligned with architectural principles.
  • Perform regular reviews and audits of the ServiceNow platform to ensure it remains optimized and scalable.
  • Engage with key business and IT stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure alignment between IT and business strategies.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, providing insights and recommendations on how ServiceNow can address business challenges.

We would like you to bring along

  • Extensive experience in designing and implementing ServiceNow solutions, particularly across ITSM, ITBM, HRSD, and GRC modules.
  • Experience with ServiceNow integrations using REST, SOAP, and other APIs. Strong understanding of ITIL, Agile, and other IT service management frameworks.
  • Proficiency in ServiceNow development, including scripting (JavaScript, Glide), configuration, and customization.
  • Experience with ServiceNow platform capabilities such as Service Portal, Flow Designer, and Integration Hub. Strong knowledge of ServiceNow data models, CMDB, and enterprise architecture.
  • Leadership and team management skills, with the ability to guide and mentor junior team members.
  • Certifications- CSA, ITSM, HRSD, GRC, Good to have- ITBM, Sec Ops, SIR, VR
