What will your role look like
- Provide 24×7 support for VMware-based infrastructure, ensuring minimal downtime and quick resolution of any technical issues.
- Manage and maintain VMware vSphere, ESXi, and related technologies, including installation, configuration, patching, and troubleshooting.
- Engage directly with clients to understand requirements, provide technical guidance, and resolve any concerns related to VMware infrastructure.
- Utilize ticketing systems to track incidents, problems, and change requests, ensuring accurate documentation and timely resolution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and optimal performance of virtualized environments.
- Develop, automate, and maintain scripts to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
- Conduct performance monitoring and optimization of VMware environments to ensure consistent reliability and scalability.
- Participate in disaster recovery planning and execution to ensure business continuity.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest VMware technologies and industry trends to continuously improve the services offered to clients.

We would like you to bring along
- Able to work in rotational shifts as this project will be of 24 X 7 365 days.
- Good communication, should be able to directly communicate with clients
- Knowledge of ticketing systems.
- Strong understanding and knowledge of infrastructure products (Physical & virtual servers)
- Strong understanding and knowledge of VMware vSphere, ESXi
- Good Understanding on Linux/Windows. Must be proficient in at least one .
- Good knowledge on automation/scripting
- Must have certification on Install Configure and Manage vSphere 7.0.
- Must have professional level certification from VMware either on Network Virtualization , VSAN,End User computing ,Data Center Virtualization etc.
- Should have worked on VMware ESXi, vCenter vSphere Suite Management, Patching and Troubleshooting.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
