Job Description:

  • Good communication in English (both written and spoken)
  • Experience in requirements gathering. Facilitate requirements’ discussion to ensure business understands the capabilities of the product/platform.
  • Customer Service knowledge would be of advantage
  • Work experience in global settings would be of advantage
  • Plan & support user testing to ensure that the product capabilities meet business expectations. This includes:
    o Triaging: Prioritize and manage the resolution of defects identified during testing.
    o Defect Resolution: Work closely with IT & business teams to address and resolve defects in a timely manner.
    o Able to assess the feasibility, impact and effort for change requests from the business stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with training team to enhance training materials on new capabilities and processes.
  • Acts as a SPOC for requirements for the business users and liaise with the delivery teams during the project delivery cycle.
  • Flexible working hours to work either in AP, EU or US timeone
