Power Platform Administration

What will your role look like

  • Support, develop, and optimize Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Query, and Power BI solutions.
  • Power Platform Support: Develop, troubleshoot, and maintain Power Apps, Power Automate flows, and Power Query to meet business needs. Administer the Power Platform Administration Center.
  • Data Reporting: Design and manage Power BI reports and dashboards. Oversee Power BI Administration and integration with MS Fabric for data management.
  • Process Optimization: Lead requirement analysis and business process re-engineering, identifying areas for automation and workflow improvement.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Gather requirements and align initiatives with business goals through presentations and meetings with executives and stakeholders.
  • Design Thinking & Agile: Apply design thinking for innovative solutions and manage projects using agile methodologies.
  • Leadership: Mentor and manage staff, ensuring successful execution of Power Platform-related projects.

We would like you to bring along

  • Experience required with a focus on supporting Power Platform 
  • Understands architecture and best practices; experience with Power Apps and Power Query, and building complex functions is necessary. 
  • Experience with the Power Platform Administration Center is necessary. 
  • Power Automate experience, both supporting, troubleshooting, and building Flows. 
  • Experience with leveraging Power BI and building data reports. 
  • Experience with Power BI Administration and MS Fabric. 
  • Experience in requirement analysis and business process re-engineering required. 
  • Basic familiarity with the principles of design thinking and prior experience in agile methodologies required. 
  • Demonstrable experience of engaging executives and other stakeholders to support important business decisions. 
  • Experience with data analysis using Power BI, Excel Pivot Tables, or other similar tools preferred. 
  • Ability to solve complex technical, managerial, or operational problems and evaluate options based on relevant information, resources, well-rounded experience, and knowledge. 
  • Ability to operate at advanced levels of authority and manage significant activities and resources to produce and take responsibility for results. 
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing, and lead presentations, training courses, and effective meetings. 
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. 
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and supervise staff and special initiatives. 
  • Demonstrated integrity, independent thinking, judgment, and respect for others. Willingness to travel and work abroad in less developed countries for at least 4 to 8 weeks per year. 
  • Spanish or French language capability preferred.
  • Power Automate experience, both supporting, troubleshooting, and building Flows.
