What will your role look like

  • Generating leads, fostering prospect engagement, building our brand, and creating impactful content while collaborating closely with our head of sales and our global team of consultants. 
  • Go-to-Market Strategy & Campaigns: Lead the development and execution of a B2B go-to-market strategy that is aligned with our core business objectives and targets ideal client profiles (ICP). Leverage insights, market research, and creativity to validate messaging, positioning to reach and convert our target audience.
  • Content & Storytelling: Collaborate with consultants and clients to create case studies, client stories, social media posts, and other engaging content that showcases our engineering and design services. Be hands-on with content creation to develop thought leadership and compelling narratives for our audience.
  • Ecosystem & Partnerships: Navigate and build our ecosystem of solution partners and alliances, identifying key players and leveraging relationships to support marketing initiatives. Actively work on expanding our footprint by exploring partnerships that align with our expertise and business growth.
  • Marketing Experimentation: Experiment and iterate to refine targeting, ICP development, and campaign effectiveness. Adopt a test-and-learn mindset, applying data to improve our approach and doubling down on successful initiatives.
  • Collaboration Across Functions: Work closely with sales and delivery teams to ensure campaigns are synced with go-to-market efforts and that they provide value in the form of leads, collateral, and ongoing brand engagement. You’ll also engage with offshore teams, ensuring seamless coordination across regions and time zones.
  • Event Management & Execution: Drive participation in events, conferences, webinars, and other key opportunities for visibility. You will manage planning and execution, ensuring each event aligns with our broader marketing and business goals.
  • Modern Marketing Stack & AI Tools: Bring a strong understanding of the latest marketing tools and AI technologies to drive efficiency and scale. Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Google Analytics, SEMRush, ChatGPT, or other modern martech stacks is a big plus.

  • Dynamic and experienced services marketing leader to drive our enterprise B2B strategy and campaigns for the US market. 
  • Significant B2B Marketing Experience in Services: Minimum of 7 years in B2B marketing in professional services—ideally in design, engineering, and offshore IT services. Not product or SaaS marketing.
  • Agency / Consultancy Experience: A background in global agencies or experience marketing on an international scale, especially collaborating with offshore teams, is highly desirable.
  • Creativity & Adaptability: Proven experience thriving in an ambiguous environment, being hands-on, and generating creative solutions for ICP targeting, campaign execution, and storytelling in traditional and digital channels.
  • Client-Centric Content Creation: You are comfortable collaborating with consultants and clients to develop meaningful, targeted content—from social media posts to detailed case studies.
  • Go-to-Market & Ecosystem Savvy: Demonstrated experience in building effective go-to-market campaigns and an understanding of how partnerships and ecosystems contribute to marketing success, especially in BFSI industry.
  • Passion for Experimentation: A mindset to experiment, analyze, and iterate until the most effective messaging is discovered.
  • Collaboration Focused: Ability to work across functions—from sales to delivery to client success—to drive efficiencies and translate their on-the-ground insights to amplify the marketing impact on lead gen.
  • Modern Marketing Skills: Data-driven and familiarity with martech stacks like HubSpot, Google Analytics, Google Workspace, and experience with leveraging AI tools to improve marketing outcomes.
  • This role is fully remote, but must be based out of the SF Bay Area or Greater NY Area, and reports directly to the Head of Sales. The position will require occasional travel for events, workshops, and key team meetings.

What will your role look like

  • Lead and manage 3-4 Salesforce implementations end-to-end, 
  • Ensure they align with business requirements and achieve desired outcomes.
  • Deep understanding of Salesforce products, licensing models, and industry clouds (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, etc.).
  • Design, develop, and implement Salesforce integrations with third-party systems and applications.
  • Provide insights and solutions based on your experience working across at least five diverse industry domains (e.g., retail, finance, healthcare, etc.).
  • Salesforce Security & Data Structures: Demonstrate a strong grasp of Salesforce security models, data structures, and common business use cases, ensuring compliance and best practices in data management.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging Salesforce trends and best practices, leveraging new features and capabilities for continuous improvement.
  • Prepare and maintain detailed documentation on implementations, integrations, and processes. 
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, clients, and teams through written reports and presentations.
  • AppExchange Product Development: Contribute to the development of AppExchange products, ensuring compatibility with Salesforce and industry standards.

  • Ability to understand requirements and prepare effort estimates and design.
  • Open to travel abroad for short-term/long term assignments.
  • Aware of best implementation practices on the Salesforce platform.
  • Ability to conduct code reviews for junior team members and suggest improvisations in the code aligning to the best practices.
  • Salesforce Certifications required (Admin, PD1).
  • Javascript and PD2 would be preferred. Sales, Service cloud certifications good to have.
