We would like you to bring along

• Able to function independently as SPOC for External / Internal stakeholders and resolve all technical impediments for the Team to ensure successful delivery.
• Experience on at least 1 GRC Implementation project involving Risk Mgmt. implementation, Compliance, Control indicators configuration.
• Good knowledge of ITSM, ITIL V3 and Risk/Compliance process• Solid, hands-on knowledge of ServiceNow platform, Client/server scripting
• Knowledge of JavaScript as an individual contributor.• Process understanding of Incident, Problem, Change and Knowledge Management.
• Experience in ITSM and CMDB module implementation/development• Good implementation experience in web-based Integration (SOAP, REST) and any other type of integration.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Hands-on experience in configuring Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Scripts, UI Actions, UI Pages, Script Includes, Access Control Lists, complex workflows and solution migration to higher environments.
• Knowledge of Flow Designer, Integration Hub.
• Excellent knowledge of ServiceNow Development Best Practices & ongoing knowledge ServiceNow features.
• Certifications must have – CSA, GRC, good to have – ITSM, Sec Ops, SIR, VR
