What will your role look like

• Perform both Manual and Automated testing of software applications.
• Write and maintain test scripts using Selenium with Java.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve software defects, ensuring high-quality software delivery.
• Participate in test case design, reviewing requirements, and ensuring comprehensive test coverage.
• Collaborate with development and product teams to understand the product features and ensure quality.
• Continuously improve testing practices and processes.
• Work with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP for testing and deployment tasks.
• Utilize Terraform for automating infrastructure as code.
• Ensure the application meets all defined functional and performance standards before release.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies.

We would like you to bring along

• Experience in both Manual and Automation Testing
• Hands-on experience with Java
• Strong proficiency in Selenium with Java
• Excellent debugging skills
• Experience working with at least one cloud platform (AWS/Azure/GCP)
• In-depth knowledge of the Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) processes
• Practical experience with Terraform
• Familiarity with the Storage domain is a plus

What will your role look like

• Develop Test Framework for API’s and Front end/Backend testing.
• Design, develop, and maintain automated tests using Java/JavaScript (Cypress, WebDriver.IO, Selenium, Playwright).
• Conduct performance testing with JMeter and ensure security standards are met.
• Integrate tests into the CI/CD pipeline (Jenkins), perform cross-browser automation (BrowserStack/Selenoid).
• Lead a small team (2-5 members), mentor, and troubleshoot issues.
• Create and present test plans, strategies, and reports.
• Collaborate with developers and product teams to align test strategies with product requirements.

We would like you to bring along

• Experience with Java or JavaScript framework like Cypress, WebDriver.IO or Selenium
• Understanding of Database testing using 
• Understanding/Experience of Performance using JMeter and Security testing
• Experience in working implementation of DevOps culture using automated tools

• Understanding of Jenkins (CI/CD) and hands-on with parallel testing and cross browser automation testing tools (BrowserStack/Selenoid, etc)
• Technically competent and able to drive multiple technical aspects of a project independently. 
• Ability to troubleshoot issues in the project and provide solutions to team members wherever required.
• Knowledge of Quality processes, Open source automation testing tools and agile methodologies.
• Excellent communication skills and able to collaborate with clients, development team, and other partners to understand the requirements, usage patterns and plan the test design.
• Ability to lead a team of 2-5 team members
• Knowledge of what is trending in the market and should be open to work on new tools, tech stack, research and development in the automation space.
• Experience with web & API automation and different framework (Data Driven, keyword, BDD & hybrid) development using Selenium with JavaScript and Java.
• Excellent Scripting experience (Java & JavaScript) and should also know how to design test automation framework from scratch using Playwright.
• Experience of working with REST service and understanding of SOA architecture
• Understanding of backend testing skills,  SQL commands, CSS, XPATH, coding standards and best practices

• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing applications as required.
• Implement Azure services and support cloud-based solutions.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to team knowledge-sharing initiatives.
• Participate in code reviews and ensure compliance with security and performance standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain software applications that meet our client’s needs and enhance user experience.
