Devesh’s previous improvement work in healthcare was at Cincinnati Children’s Hospital and through two collaboratives consisting of multiple pediatric hospitals.
Devesh’s journey is very intriguing from his early days of automotive component engineering and solving physical component issues like wiring defects to now providing meaningful inferences to add efficiencies to processes and improvements in performance within Healthcare facilities. His work in effectively capturing bedside patient data and understanding at a larger scale the general well-being of a patient population and even community is very impressive. His passion for continuous improvement of patient outcomes and experience is super inspiring.
